Cultivate will collect and use your survey responses to assess workplace conditions, employee experience and leadership consistency, and to prepare Workforce Intelligence reports for your organisation.

Your responses will ordinarily be analysed and reported in aggregated form. Minimum reporting thresholds and other safeguards may be applied to protect participant confidentiality.

Please do not include your name, another person’s name, or unnecessary personal or sensitive information in any written comments.
